Prominent Iraqi Qari Voices Solidarity with Iran in Fight against Zionists
In a message to IQNA, al-Khafaji prayed God to help the Islamic Republic of Iran achieve victory against the Zionists.
The text of the message is as follows:
“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
“Permission (to fight) is given to those upon whom war is made because they are oppressed, and most surely Allah is well able to assist them.” (Verse 39 of the Holy Quran’s Surah Al-Hajj)
We ask Almighty God to grant victory to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Iranian people have entered a battle of dignity and honor, following the path of our master and Mawla, Imam Ali (AS), who tore off the gate of the Khaybar (fortress) and humiliated the enemy. Today, the Iranians are fighting with that same spirit. We pray that the Iranians triumph over the Zionists and their allies in the European Union and some Arab countries.”
In continuation of his solidarity with the people of Iran in their struggle against the occupying Zionist regime, Al-Khafaji also shared a video of his recitation of verses of the Holy Quran’s Surah An-Nasr.
The Israeli regime initiated an aerial aggression against Iran on Friday morning, targeting residential and military areas.
Iran in response has launched Operation True Promise III, launching hundreds of drones and missiles towards the occupied territories, targeting its military capabilities.
